Have you talked to a well qualified lender to get a pre qualification? A pre qualification from a lender is good for 90 days and determines how much house you can afford. Once you are under contract we will help you choose the right lender.
We will email you listings that we think may fit your needs. We also encourage you to keep an eye on popular sites like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow etc.
We will arrange to tour the short listed homes. Our agents will discuss the + and the - of every home. We believe our job is to provide you with all the information you need so that you make an informed decision. There is no limit as to how many homes you can see and at no point you will feel any pressure from the team to make an offer.
Once you have a clear winner we will explain the offer process, make a recommendation on the price and write an offer. The crucial period between an offer and a final contract is an important time. During this time we will stay in close contact with you so you’re equipped with all the information you need to make a smart decision and get the best price.
Once the offer is accepted we are on a strict timeline. So we will help you apply for a loan and schedule a home inspection. We will help you to decide the lender and choose a home inspector.
By this time you would have learned so much that you will be ready to close on your home and move-in. The closing will happen in the title company chosen by the seller. We will be there with you when you sign the documents to walk you through the final step.
