Home Search

Finding a property that meets your unique criteria can take time. We will connect you with a buyer specialist while simultaneously reaching out to other local brokers to see if we can stir up any off market deals. As we evaluate properties we’ll update you so you’re able to run your own calculations.


Home Tour

Once you’ve determined a property meets your criteria we’ll arrange a time to view the property with you. If you’re located in another part of the world, we’ll take a walkthrough video or setup a video call while at the property. We use this time to point out any potential issues while verifying the overall condition.


Make An Offer

Once you have a clear winner we will explain the offer process, make a recommendation on the price and write an offer. During this time we’ll also discuss plans after the purchase and connect you with our management division if you plan to hold onto the property as a rental.


Home Inspection

Once the offer is accepted we are on a strict timeline. Whether near or far, we’ll help coordinate inspections, gather rent rolls and answer any questions you have.


The closing will happen at the title company chosen by the seller. If currently rented we will coordinate with the tenant(s) and the management division to assist in a smooth transition. After the closing we’ll be available for continued market updates and ready to add value once again when you’re ready to grow your portfolio!
